labrador puppies for sale NSW Australia

Author: admin  //  Category: homes for sale darwin

Our Labrador puppies are bred in a family environment, and are socialised with other

dogs, children, adults, etc. They also enjoy their rural 5 acre property, including the

dam.

Our quality Labrador puppies normally go to their new homes when they are at least eight

weeks of age. This is for a couple of reasons.

Firstly, they are Vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, etc at six weeks of age. And

then they remain with us for the further two weeks to help their immunity to respond etc

to the vaccinations, before they leave us.

Secondly, it is our understanding that it is also a requirement of law for dog breeders

in NSW not to sell their Labrador puppies until they are at least eight weeks of age. And

we believe that this is sensible, so that the Labrador pups are of adequate maturity

before going to their new homes, and to also allow for vaccination’s response etc.

Please note that we are experienced and registered Labrador breeders, having been

breeding Labradors for many years now, and being registered with Dogs NSW.

Each Labrador pup that we breed is provided to their new family with a range of items,

which include:

six weeks of free insurance (conditions apply);

vaccination of each Labrador puppy at 6 weeks of age (and with Vet certificate);

worming (by breeder);

microchip (by Veterinarian);

examination of each puppy by a Veterinarian;

numerous dog related ebooks;

pedigree certificate; and

comprehensive care and welfare guide for your Labrador pup.

In relation to delivery, the Labrador pups can be collected directly from us, or they can

be transported to you. Many of our Labrador pups go to Sydney, and can be flown there or

can be collected from us at Taree. We also have Labrador pups flying to other

destinations, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like further details.

As a guide of the cost, following are details of the flight costs to the various

destinations for an eight week old Labrador puppy:

Sydney: $155 Canberra: $185 Melbourne: $205 Brisbane: $165 Perth: $360 Darwin:

$350 Adelaide: $220 Hobart: $220

Please note that these details do not remain valid, and should not be relied upon. They

are only provided as a guide.

We have Labrador puppies for sale in NSW Australia normally at various times throughout

the year.

More details, pictures, etc about our puppies are on our website.

Country Song – It’s A Great Place.

Author: admin  //  Category: darwin property

Country Song – It’s A Great Place (It’s So Wonderful).

Peter Barnes authored this song in 1997.

The Northern Territory is a federal territory of Australia. The capital city is Darwin; the other two sizable settlements are Alice Springs (in the desert interior, 1,500 kilometres (930 mi) to the south) and Katherine (near the base of the Top End). Residents of the Northern Territory are often known simply as ‘Territorians’. Almost one third of the population of the Northern Territory are Indigenous Australians, a far greater proportion than in any other state or territory in Australia. There are Aboriginal communities in many parts of the territory, the largest ones being the Pitjantjatjara near Uluru, the Arrernte near Alice Springs, the Luritja between those two, the Warlpiri further north, and the Yolngu in eastern Arnhem Land. Tourism is one of the major industries on the Northern Territory. Iconic destinations such as Uluru and Kakadu make the Northern Territory a must see destination for domestic and international travellers. Diverse landscapes, spectacular waterfalls, wide open spaces, aboriginal culture, wild and untamed wildlife, all create a unique opportunity for the visitor to immerse themselves in the natural wonder that the Northern Territory offers. Images of Uluru (Ayers Rock) are recognised around the world ensuring that Tourism in the Northern Territory will remain a vital component of its future.

Australian Song. The Northern Territory

Australian song. The Northern Territory.

Australian songs.

Inspiring song and video. It’s Our Territory – Northern Territory Australia.

The Northern Territory is a federal territory of Australia, occupying much of the center of the mainland continent, as well as the central northern regions. It shares borders with Western Australia to the west, South Australia to the south, and Queensland to the east. To the north, the territory is bordered by the Timor Sea, the Arafura Sea and the Gulf of Carpentaria. Despite its large area, over 1,349,129 square kilometres (520,902 sq mi) – making it the third largest Australian federal division – it is sparsely populated. With a population of 215,000, it is the least populous division in the country.

The history of the Northern Territory began over 40,000 years ago when Indigenous Australians settled the region. Makassan traders began trading with the indigenous people of the Northern Territory for trepang from at least the 18th century onwards, and possibly for 300 years prior to that, while the coast of the Territory was first seen by Europeans in the 17th century. The British were the first to attempt to settle the coastal regions of the Territory in the 19th century; however no attempt was successful until the establishment of a settlement at Port Darwin in 1869. Today the economy is based on tourism, especially Kakadu National Park in the Top End and the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park in central Australia, and mining.

The capital city is Darwin. Perhaps unusually when compared with Australia’s states, the population is not concentrated in coastal regions, but rather along the Stuart Highway. The other major settlements are Katherine, Alice Springs, Tennant Creek and Nhulunbuy in the territory’s north-east.

Residents of the Northern Territory are often known simply as ‘Territorians’.

Tourism is one of the major industries on the Northern Territory. Iconic destinations such as Uluru and Kakadu make the Northern Territory a popular destination for domestic and international travellers.

Indigenous Australian people make up 31 per cent of the Northern Territory’s population and own some 49% of the land.

Aboriginal communities in many parts of the territory, the largest ones being the Pitjantjatjara near Uluru, the Arrernte near Alice Springs, the Luritja between those two, the Warlpiri further north, and the Yolngu in eastern Arnhem Land.
